Interpreting Results

Congratulations on completing the self assessment. I hope this gave you some insights into the strengths and weaknesses of your organization as it pertains to performance management. Here's some tips for interpreting results.

Performance Management Excellence

If you answered yes to all of the questions, then Congratulations! Your organization is a performance management superstar! Keep up the good work, and be sure to regularly evaluate your strengths and weaknesses.

"In Progress"

If you answered somewhat to a few questions - then it seems that you have an interest in performance management, but perhaps need to work on some areas.. Look for any patterns. For example:

- are you doing better at the organizational level? Or the manager/supervisor level?

- Is the problem with lack of tools? Or lack of skills?

Consider how can you turn some of those "somewhats" into a YES!

Ready to improve

If you answered somewhat or poor to several questions - it shows that you care about performance management (you DID do this quiz!), but perhaps need some help to implement an effective approach. I would be happy to provide specific recommendations. Please feel free to email me with questions and to set up a time to talk about how your organization can improve with performance management.
