Get the skills you need for leadership in a dynamic workplace
Does it seem like the pace of change is increasing? You are right! Advances in technology, globalization, shifts in demographics, increased competition, changing regulation.... the list goes on. Sometimes we choose change to create a more desirable workplace for our employees and customers.
The uncertainty of change can be difficult for employees and stakeholders - which often cause change initiatives to fail. But there are specific techniques and tools you can use to engage others, get buy-in and reduce resistance to change. In this course, you will learn:
- How to articulate and communicate a clear vision for change to create urgency and buy-in
- Reduce uncertainty, fear and resistance through a proactive communication strategy
- Provide clear direction and expectations for changes in workflow and behaviour
- Monitor and manage performance of employees to achieve change goals
- Reinforce new, more desirable behaviour

the end of each section, you will have a quiz such that you can
evaluated how well you met the learning objectives for that section.

And at the end of the course, there is a detailed self assessment to determine how well you met the overall learning objectives of the course.
